Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower





  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

  2. Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite sized florets

  3. Pat dry with a paper towel

  4. In a separate bowl mix together the chickpea flour, buffalo seasoning and water

  5. Mix well until you have a paste you can batter the cauliflower with (Depending on the chickpea flour you are using you may need to add more water)

  6. Coat the cauliflower florets with the chickpea flour batter, ensuring that you have coated each piece

  7. Place on a baking sheet and in the oven for 25-30 minutes (Flipping halfway)

  8. Bring your cauliflower out of the oven and using a brush, brush every piece with the buffalo sauce. Make sure you have coated each piece and return tray to the oven

  9. Bake for another 10 mins or until you see the pieces getting a bit brown

  10. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 mins

  11. Serve with your favourite dip!
