Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are just the right amount of sweet to satisfy your cookie cravings!

Made with coconut flour, coconut sugar, and dairy free chocolate chips. 




​Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies





  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat. I use this one from Amazon

  3. Place almond butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar in a bowl and mix well. I use a stand mixer, but you can also use a hand mixer

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix well to combine

  5. Using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips

  6. With a spoon, scoop the dough and form a small ball

  7. Place the ball on the lined cookie sheet and flatten. These cookies do not flatten when baking, so try and flatten the cookies to the look you would like

  8. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cookies turn slightly brown on the edges

  9. Let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving



  • Add more or less chocolate chips depending on your preference! 

  • You can also add nuts or raisins!
